The "TB Eradication" project represents a pioneering approach to tackling the issue of tuberculosis in African countries. Through the digitalization of critical healthcare processes, this initiative aims to revolutionize the way patients suffering from this persistent disease are monitored and supported throughout their often year-long treatment journeys. Tuberculosis, a protracted and challenging illness to manage, requires unwavering commitment from both patients and healthcare systems. By leveraging technology and digital tools, we are not only enhancing the efficiency of patient tracking but also providing vital support that can significantly improve treatment adherence and outcomes.
In essence, "TB Eradication" seeks to bring about a definitive end to the tuberculosis epidemic in African nations. This project's comprehensive approach, which extends far beyond traditional healthcare methods, promises to be a game-changer in the fight against TB. By ensuring patients receive the support they need throughout their lengthy treatment regimens, we aim to significantly increase the success rates of eradicating this disease once and for all.
In Morocco, there is a growing demand for qualified professionals to care for the elderly. Currently, many families find themselves employing unqualified staff to assist their elderly loved ones, due to a lack of suitably trained manpower. In response to this problem, the association Morocco Africa for Healthy Horizon (MAH2) has launched the non-profit project “Ta7arako - Torza9o”. The aim of this project is to train unqualified young people in vulnerable situations to become care assistants, thereby meeting a crucial need in the Moroccan job market, particularly in the Rabat-Salé-Kenitra region.
The “Ta7arako - Torza9o” program focuses on training 200 young people aged between 18 and 40, both men and women, with no formal qualifications. The total duration of the training is 30 hours, followed by a knowledge and skills test. Successful candidates will receive a certificate at the end of the program, as well as post-training support in finding a job/internship or self-employment. The “Ta7arako - Torza9o” project run by the Morocco Africa for Healthy Horizon association aims to train 200 unqualified young people from Rabat-Salé-Kenitra as qualified care assistants, in response to a growing demand for specialized care for the elderly.
