N.e.E.T 4 N.E.E.T

The N.E.E.T 4 N.E.E.T project is an initiative to support the Moroccan government's efforts to improve the socio-economic participation of young people who are not in education, employment or training.


The project consists of training 400 young people and integrating them into the labour market, either through self-employment or employment.

Development of Inclusive Insertion Strategies

The project will meticulously craft a holistic insertion strategy, tailored to the needs and aspirations of the NEETs, promoting both salaried employment and entrepreneurship. This will involve establishing crucial technical and financial partnerships to support the project's goals.

Enhancement of Employability Skills

To increase the chances of NEETs securing formal employment, the project will provide targeted training in various areas, including specific trades, career transitions, and soft skills. These initiatives will align closely with the demands of local businesses and the aspirations of the youth.

Promotion of Entrepreneurship

The project recognizes the potential for entrepreneurship to be a catalyst for change. Through training, immersive internships, and the establishment of cooperatives, the initiative aims to empower NEETs to create their enterprises, ensuring a sustainable chain of employability within the NEET community.

Why it’s special ?

The strength of the NEET 4 NEET project lies in its commitment to embracing a diverse range of profiles. Aiming for a 50-50 gender balance, the project includes 25% of individuals with disabilities, 20% immigrants, 5% former detainees, and 50% randomly selected participants.


This diversity not only enriches the project's fabric but also reflects a commitment to creating an inclusive and equitable society.
